1:00 PM - 4:00 PM As this is a much needed class, Agents and Brokers need to understand the impact that a Community Association has on their buyers. It is a very important part of an Agents career. This course will identify the concept of Community Associations and the different types of each to all Licensees in Georgia and as a result will educate the Licensee in the difference Voluntary, Mandatory, Hybrid, Condo, Homeowner and Private Owner Associations. This instructional course highlights home owner responsibilities in regard to HOA/COA/POAA rules and regulations, Covenants and Restrictions and Local zoning restrictions.
