The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR^®) Designation Course will give you the professional tools and knowledge to be an advocate and guide for your buyer-clients. Recently updated with new information and research relevant to today’s market, the ABR^® Designation Course explores every aspect of residential real estate transactions from a buyer’s perspective. Learn how to attract more buyer-clients and elevate your services to ensure you are meeting all your fiduciary responsibilities when representing buyers. After completion of the course, you'll be on your way to earning the Accredited Buyer's Representation (ABR^®) Designation. Topics Covered: 

-Conveying your value to the buyer-client 

-Conducting a seamless, productive buyer counseling session 

-Guiding a buyer-client through the search-showing-selection process 

-Negotiating buyer-clients' offers Bringing the transaction to a successful close 

-Providing exceptional service 

This course is the main requirement for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR^®) Designation. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation.

12 CE Hours - over two days. (Must attend both days to receive CE credit.  NO PARTIAL CE Credit will be given.)
