THIS COURSE SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT. 

Winner of the GREEA 2024 "Outstanding New Class" award! This course delves into both Federal and State Fair Housing laws, the similarities and differences they share, and how disabled Georgians and their service animals can exercise their rights under them. Learn the difference between Service Animals, and Emotional Support/Comfort Animals and how each are treated under Fair Housing Laws, and what questions property owners may and may not ask related to disabilities and service animals. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
